Mrs. Forister’s Classroom Rules

 

• I will RESPECT you and I expect the SAME RESPECT in return.

• Students are expected to be in class and in your seats when the bell rings.

• Students should have book, paper, pencil and completed homework every day.

• PLEASE! Raise your hand when you have something to say.

• I expect you to be quiet when I am talking or if another student is talking.        (PLEASE do not interrupt another student from learning!)

• I will follow the school policy on tardies and absences.  You will not be marked tardy if you have a signed pass.  If you are 10 minutes late, then you are considered absent. (This also means for any 10 minute time period throughout the class.)

• I do not go through your locker so I ask that you give me the same respect and do not get in my desk, podium, file cabinets, cupboards, and please do not write on the chalk or white boards.  THANK YOU!

• PLEASE keep your hands to yourself.

• I want you to succeed in my class!  If you ever need help, please don’t hesitate to ask. If you cannot come in during office hours, then make other arrangements with me.

• Cell phones will not be used in class for any reason – calls, texts, music, calculators, etc.  I will follow school policy on cell phone use.

 

                       OFFICE HOURS:    7:50 am – 8:20 am & 3:35 pm – 4:00 pm
